Priscilla is Global Head of Partnerships for Bayer IT. Since joining Bayer in 2014, Priscilla has held various strategy and innovation roles impacting all divisions and functions. Most recently, her focus has been on Open Innovation and external engagement helping drive Bayer’s collaboration with startups, strategic partnerships and digital thought leaders to deliver new business models, products, solutions and experiences to Bayer’s patients, consumers and farmers. Prior to Bayer, she spent over 15 years leading digital teams, projects and strategies for F500 clients, NASA and VCs. Priscilla earned her MA inArt History at American University in London and BA in History from the University of California at Santa Barbara. When home (and not working in her home office), Priscilla enjoys cooking; reading; spending time with friends and family; binge-watching Mandalorian on Disney+ with her three children, CJ (15), Rory (9) and Molly (8); and spending time with her husband of 12 years, John.
